Founded and lead product design for Jhoolaylaal, a creator-first eCommerce marketplace for Pakistani artisans — directing a cross-functional team across web (Next.js) and mobile (Flutter). Shipped the buyer app UI end to end and ran competitive teardowns of Fiverr, eBay, and Contra to shape checkout and creator tools.
